To create an account on 5w40, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false information is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You are personally liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you believe your account is being accessed without authorization, please notify our support team immediately. Each individual may hold only one account; operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
While using the 5w40 platform, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. You may not disrupt any platform operations, harm other users, or attempt to access the system by unauthorized means. The use of any automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
You may not conduct betting activity on behalf of or in the name of another person. Using the platform for any illegal transactions, money laundering, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. Where such activity is suspected, 5w40 reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account and, where necessary, notify the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Platform content, logos, and trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.
All financial transactions on 5w40 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). To process deposits and withdrawals, you may be required to provide valid identification and payment method details. Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate betting activities and may not be used for any other purpose.
Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. If 5w40 considers any transaction suspicious, it reserves the right to place that transaction on hold until an investigation is complete. 5w40 also reserves the right to recover any funds credited in error due to a technical fault.
The 5w40 platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. 5w40 shall not be liable for any temporary interruption to services caused by technical issues, network disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances. Participation in betting activities is entirely at your own risk, and 5w40 cannot be held responsible for any financial losses incurred.
All content on the 5w40 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected by 5w40's intellectual property rights. No user may copy, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior permission. Legal action may be taken in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
5w40 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, operation of multiple accounts, or instruction from law enforcement authorities. Where possible, we will notify you before closing your account; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
You may also request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded in accordance with the standard process; however, for accounts closed due to a breach of terms, the refund of any balance will be subject to review. 5w40 accepts no responsibility for any third-party external links or services.
5w40 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect from the date of publication, and your continued use of the platform will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh.
